Hesitant request to install Solar PV Bradley Stoke, Bristol
The Customer in Bradley Stoke, Bristol was worried about having solar panels installed on their old roof, so we renewed their roof before adding the solar panels. Future proofing this roof ensures this system will last for many years to come. We removed the old tiles in which we were able to recycle at our local reclamation yard. Disposed of the old bitumen membrane, and replaced with new breathable membrane. We retiled the roof in new Redland regents tiles, with new verge caps and a dry ridge system.
We then installed a 2.5kw solar pv array with a Growatt inverter. Bird protection was installed around the panels, ensuring all connections were protected from nesting birds.
The customer felt secure with their new roof, and is now reaping the benefits of their new Solar System.
